I love this time of year
The weather gets cooler. Then it gets warm again (at least here in Southern California). Like hot. Then it starts cooling off again. No, we don’t get snow…
There’s nothing like getting cozy with fuzzy socks, maybe a blanket, a warm drink (maybe a pumpkin spice latte or a Chai), and a good book. Literary Lillian would undoubtedly agree. I’m sure she’s looking forward to a little time with a good book over the upcoming Thanksgiving weekend.

Last year around this time, everybirdy was taking stock of what they were grateful for and this year is no different.
There is one exception this Thanksgiving
Everybirdy has decided to get together for a Thanksgiving. While Sebastian is known for his fantastic parties, everybirdy knows how busy he is finishing up the semester and getting ready for his big party. Dahlia, who loves entertaining, taking charge of this celebration. Last I heard, her menu included Sunflower and Millet Harvest Stuffing, Blackberry Meadow Melange, and Herb-Infused Lentil and Crispy Chickpea Casserole.
